All information you enter in the app — such as your training plans, workout check-ins, exercise logs (sets, reps, weight), and fitness goals — is stored locally on your device in a local database. This data never leaves your device.

3. Permissions

Notifications (optional): If you enable reminders, the app uses your device's local notification service to show training reminders. This does not send any data off your device.
No internet access: The release version of the app does not request internet permission.

4. Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No third-party SDK receives your data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to anyone, because your data never leaves your device.

6. Your Control

You can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the app, which removes the local database from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them (indeed, we collect no data at all).

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
